In order to serve this animation on the web, it has been reduced
considerably in size. This GIF image contains only 31
frames and less than 256 colors. The original has 180 frames at hi-color
and 640x480 resolution, creating a vivid scene.
3DEM will save animations in either AVI
or MPG format, up to 1024x768 in size. A typical 640x480 size movie with
180 frames is 5 to 8 MB in size.
